Have fun! Should be a killer show. Although, when isn't it with this band!

Enjoy! I hope you get the songs you want - I'm sure it'll be a great performance!

Although not a guarantee, I think there's a chance that Release will get played this evening. I think there'll be a lot of of the upbeat songs from Vs tonight as only Daughter and Small Town were played on Wed. Good chance of either Immortality and Not For You and multiple songs from No Code.

    Indifference to close?
  3. Tonight's a good night for Release. It's enough time in between tonigh and Detroit for it to be played then.
  4. I'm driving from Chicago to St. Louis tonight to see them! My first Pearl Jam show!

  5. Stop talking about Detroit, Nick. :_(

  6. Nice - about a four hour drive, I see. Sounds familiar. Nice it's a Friday night show.

Are you also going to Moline?
  7. Have fun for who is going. Read Eddie has an issue with his leg again? Same was in Europe but it went away. Great first set.

  8. Have fun!!! If u could, definitely attend Moline. 1 show is never enough.

  9. But it's better than nothing.

(I think I better take a break from these boards for the next few weeks.)

  10. Wow. This is why I love Pearl Jam.

Watching 'Immagine in Cornice', it's great seeing them make up the encores. Just a random selection of songs they choose to play a minute before they go stage to play them. The beauty of being able to change your sets every night against the blandness of having a staple set gig after gig.
  11. It does indeed give one a reason to follow a band around, doesn't it? There are times in the past that I considered seeing a band a second time within a short period (eg, Oasis in 2002 and 2005 and U2 in 2009) but in terms of song variety it didn't really seem worth the effort.
  12. Of course, the whole setlist variety really doesn't help a compulsive "song hunter" like me
