1. I'm not usually a fan Kick out the Jams. I knew it was coming being in Detroit and all. But , wow, it kicked ass live and it sounds amazing on the boot.
  2. I don't know if Vedder would be able to sing Detroit Rock City. Although it would probably be fucking epic if it was played in full.
  3. I'm trying to write a feature on the 20th anniversary of Vitalogy, and it's difficult. There is so much to write about – it's such a vibrant and abrasive album. A lot was happening with this band at the time and it's fortunate they made it through united. I'll be over 1000 words still describing why it's not just one of my favourite all-time albums, but my favourite Pearl Jam album.

I can't wait to read it. What a fantastic album.
  5. I can't stop listening to the Detroit bootleg...I don't know if it's some deep-rooted issue of mine or that it's really that great a show!

    Probably a bit of both!
  6. They completely botched Wash at Memphis, hilarious to hear.

I'm feeling the same way because I went so I thought I was being a bit biased but it truly is a standout show. Sometimes the boot doesn't hold up compared to when you're there, but the atmosphere and the energy really comes through on the boot. Great show.
  8. Yeah, spin that black circle
  9. might get my knob polished to it, cheers PJ
