  3. Yeah, it usually happens once or twice a tour. I just think it works best once the crowd is warmed up - as opposed to using it to warm up the crowd.

    I got Bushleaguer in Charlotte in 2003. Not to many supporters for that one there that night.
    I still have a hard time listening to portions of that show. A lot of war talk and crowd booing. War had just started a month earlier.
