1. Abbruzzese should be inducted. Ridiculous that he's not.
  2. someone should convince Eddie and Mikey above all
  3. Yeah. I love PJ more than ever these days (even more than I did 25 years ago) but 1992-1994 were there biggest years - and who was sitting behind the drum kit?

    Dave A, of course.

As a drummer, I will say Dave a is way overrated and Cameron is way better. I understand he might have played on some of our favorite material but I don't view him as essential to their success at all. He could never play the shows they play now.

I appreciate what you are saying, Nick (BTW, how have you been!?) but it was Dave A, who was on all of those magazine covers back in the early 1990's - and Vs and Vitalogy contain a lot of their best music. He should be recognized (at least over Dave K.)

As for Matt Cameron, of course he should go in. He's great and maybe, just maybe, will get to be inducted with Soundgarden one of these days (although I think a band like Smashing Pumpkins should go in first).

    Can of worms?

I understand. But he was fired over 20 years ago and as an actual drummer, personalities aside, he's overrated. IMO. I'm good Matt!! Just laying low lol.
  7. ‘Rock & Roll Hall Of Fucktardia’
    Abbruzzese

I call upon all of you to protest this absurd decision by refraining from purchasing any further Pearl Jam music or tickets. It may be a small gesture but it is a gesture nevertheless. Let’s abandon the band like they’ve abandoned David.
hilarous "will" to boycott the band hehe (pathetic) .. like others around
it's well known by everyone(?) that it's not a decision of the band
  8. they, RnR hall of fame, could have just looked at who's in the first record and that's it.
Matt C had to be in, being the longest time and current drummer and in the very first recordings; the latter just my romantic thought, certainly not of theirs.

ps: i like to send a thought to Jack Irons too

It's also too bad about Jack. Both No Code and Yield are very good records. Songs like Hail Hail, Present Tense, In My Tree, Given To Fly, MFC, and Evolution rank up there with their best work.
  10. I've got to be honest, despite being a big fan of pearl jams music I never knew about David Abbruzzese, mind you I wouldnt have been able to tell you there drummer now either, but ten, vs and vitalogy are the three best pearl jam albums imo so he's as entitled as the rest of them to be recognised. There's no need really for him to be snubbed.
  11. uncle Neil to induct the boys
  12. Makes sense but I guess that really increases the likelihood that they'll play "Rockin' In The Free World."
