I genuinely have the same impression. even Italians visiting in my country tend to not come up to locals or others.. or keep it as minimal as possible before switching back to Italian again.

  2. Yes , I was in the GA with the wife . It was quite intense in there on Stones side . By Corduroy the wife had had it , so we retreated to the back and had a few Carlsberg beers . Show was absolutely amazing .

My only mistake was not staying for a fifth night in Rome . I had a 9 am flight the next day . But it’s all good , we are going back to Italy next June .

  6. It’s a safe bet that I will definitely be picking up the Rome boot on Aug 6 when released. An epic show that I had the privilege to attend.
  7. Man what a tour so far. Another epic show today. A fan who was supposed to be at the show today, suddenly passed away a few months ago. There was a thread asking for Oceans to be played as a request for him. So what does Pearl Jam do?
    1) open with Long Road
    2) not only play oceans, but dedicate to him
    3) Follow oceans with Light Years
    4) tag Daughter with Its Ok
    5) and play Come Back in the encore

    Coincidences? Hell fucking no
  8. I could only dream of some of my other favorite bands being this in tune with their fan base.
  9. Amazing .
  10. The sad truth of it is that most of them just don't care. They say that they don't take it for granted, but they do. Pearl Jam don't. They remember
  11. "Thank you for giving us a great life"

And this wasn’t the first instance this tour either. This is just the most significant one. There has been countless fan dedications this tour so far.
