    And this wasn’t the first instance this tour either. This is just the most significant one. There has been countless fan dedications this tour so far.

    Even when I saw them back in 2014 for the first time. Eddie saw a fan in the crowd, no signs or anything. Said something along the lines of we've seen you around at a lot of shows, we wanna know if there's something you wanna hear? As a thanks from the band

  5. I was 3rd row in front of Mike in Amsterdam. During a song I was singing allong and jumping to Eddie totally saw me (i though but doubted so i did the "hangloose" sign to him and he copied back towards me and smiled.
    I was so flabbergasterd I just pointed at me ? WAS THAT REALLY FOR ME and he just pointed and nodded again.
    I've been to 4 PJ shows in my life. Of only 2 of them I was "up front"
    And that I got a moment like that even tho I was still kinda far away from Eddie's position , let alone all the interaction you get with Mike who is just the bomb... Yeah its pretty amazing. I have no idea what they drink but other bands could 100% learn from this band. There's not a lot of people that leave a PJ show without feeling happy AF.

    Hope you are all well.
    It's official...I'm moving to BC at the end of the month. Closer to Seattle for the shows next month but this wasn't quite what I expected when I bought the tickets. It was supposed to be part of a vacation only!

    Been checking out the setlists...solid as usual, if only a bit short. At least they've sacrificed covers (for the most part) as opposed to original material!

  8. I’m a bit biased here , but my Rome show looks to have been THE show in Europe . 36 tunes . 23 in the main set . Classic gig IMO .

    From the outside looking in that was the gig that turned this tour up a notch. I can’t choose honestly from Rome on. Kieran should have a good idea since he’s been to most of the shows.

    Krakow or Berlin, man. I was at Rome, and yeah it was great to have over three hours, but the other two shows were just balls to the wall for the entire time they were on stage. Great setlists and crowds. Rome is a close third for me, though.
  12. But yeah, I love what this band gives. I was at the Madrid show last night with a friend who hadn't seen Pearl Jam before. He lived with me and had to put up with me playing PJ a lot, eventually he caved in and started listening to them. And he thanked me after the show for getting him into the band. More notably, what he mentioned was that Pearl Jam are so passionate from the moment they hit the stage until they leave. There's no instance where they're just phoning it in, it's pure intensity for over two hours.

    That's eight shows in Europe over, what a ride it's been.
