I'd like to go to both nights but realistically I'll just attend one. Even that's a tough call to make, however, when a band like PJ will likely play an entirely different set on the second night - unlike SOME other bands....

Ha ha..well said.....my 2 shows in NYC last May are a great example of that...
  2. finally i got the time to buy and listen to Ukulele songs.
i thought that an entire album just with a four chords little guitar and voice could have been quite boring but .. i've listened to it three times in a row and .. it's not.
his amazing voice can be more appreciated .. if it's possible
i think Eddie is one of the very few in the world that can stand at this kind of project .. and i'm not far from the truth i guess
    awesome package too
waiting now to get the dvd

I'll definitely have to give this one a try. I could use some mellow music these days. Thanks for the review/recommendation.
  4. who knows if Mike has really listened to it

  5. The recording of Pearl Jam’s 10th studio album is underway earlier than anticipated, according to RollingStone.com. The site caught up with frontman Eddie Vedder at the Los Angeles studio where the band has been working, noting that the project is “coming together faster than the band expected.” Vedder remarked at the beginning of the interview, “I don’t want to jinx it, but it’s on!”

    Were these recent Auissie shows?
  10. yes quite recent .. he made a mini tour there in march
here you can find the bootlegs of the shows in Sydney if interested

(also recommended their "touring band" compilations, one for each year)

  11. Wow. What an extensive collection. I had heard about the "green..." compilation and there it was. I should have gone to these sites before I spent HOURS making a compilation of my own (five CD's, 15 songs per CD, each disc between 60-65 minutes long).
  12. uh i remember now that brilliant job you did
if you don't already know, take a look at the "we got shit" site .. there's interesting stuff there too
