1. i guess that EDDMB is going to get at least one song tributed to Clarence in the show he'll attend tomorrow (lucky you )
today the first of 2 dates in NY.
  2. it seems that when he was on stage the other day a roadie told him the news and he cried ... and modified the verse of Betterman in ..
    "can't find a BIGGER man"
  3. So I guess he's not playing the lead single off the Uke album live? That's odd, liked that song.
  4. Finally bought Ukulele Songs after about 2 weeks of listening to it on Spotify. I love it.

  5. What did you pay for it? I feel like buying it too, it's great. And I feel like buying a ukulele too...

  6. £7.99, and it was off iTunes too.

And yeah, I really really want a ukulele, at the moment.

  7. Hmm, I think I want to but the physical CD... but it's rather expensive...

I looked at ukes a bit today on the net, a lot of people thought that the ones around the 50 pounds mark were pretty crap. I don't think I want to pay more than that though...

  8. i'm very glad .. it's really great how much success is getting for the kind of work it is.
have you ever listened to the Into the wild soundtrack?

Ukulele's at £50 are actually quite reliable and decent. Like I've said before, my friend has a ukulele which cost him £50 and it's a proper wooden finish and sounds great. He's had it for 4 months now and it hasn't let him down.

  11. Into The Wild is amazing Ukelele Songs dont really get me, I like Eddie's voice but the sound of his Ukelele started to irritate me after a few songs

Cool, I'll add that to my listen list There's something about Ukulele Songs that makes me want to continue to listen. Once I put it on, it will keep going until the album is finished, but I never do that everyday.
