1. Thread too low on the "active topics" list.

After five days of no PJ (lots of U2 and Radiohead), I've cracked and started listening to Chicago, June 2003.
  2. You will enjoy that gig Matt...go right into East Troy afterwards.....

Just finished a nice 5 mile jog...I'm on a bench in Battery Park listening to Achtung Baby .......Ultra Violet blasting....weather is fantastic here in NYC...goin up to 72 today.......made me think of last summer....Montreal N 2....I think all of Canada heard UV it was so loud....lol
  3. the pj was the best rock show that happened in Curitiba Pr Brazil in 2011
  4. Those 2011 SA shows are fantastic...great setlists....energetic crowd....etc...etc...etc...
  5. It was only just this morning that I "caught" the reference to The Beatles at the end of the song "Love Boat Captain"...

I know it's already been sung,... can't be said enough.
Love is all you need,.. all you need is love,..

  6. Chicago is a very nice gig...clean (the band was tight - in a good way) and efficient...not "cluttered" with too many covers...East Troy seems to have a lot of those but that's okay...and it opens with "Sometimes" which is always a plus.
  7. I'm downloading that DVD of Toronto now... have you watched it Matt?
  8. No, not yet.

Admittedly, I haven't searched for it yet. I tend to just listen to a lot of music - as opposed to watching a lot of music However, I will make an exception here. Where did you get it (assuming you can answer that ) ?
  9. At a torrent site named www.jam-river.com My offer to burn it and send it to you still stands if it's needed, you should have the multicam of your concert
  10. True...so true. I'll try to get it myself but if it doesn't work out I'll take you up on your offer.

    Thanks!
  11. East Troy 2003 is one heck of a gig (although there are skips during "Even Flow" and "Daughter" in the copy I downloaded from pearljambootlegs.org).

Anyway, the thing that blew me away was the SIX songs in a row from Vs. A stretch of the set goes Better Man, Jeremy, Even Flow, Daughter, RVM, Go, Animal, Small Town, and Glorified G - as stated, the last six from their second album....awesome.

This gig (along with the Chicago one that preceeded it) is definitely "Ed-Man."
  12. Yes, I love those 2 gigs....what did you think of Bonner Springs,Council Bluffs and Fargo ?

IMO..Chicago and East Troy are much better....
