1. You did, and the credit goes completely to my friend John, who shared that link with me in the first place- but I'm glad you're back into them! I'm on a huge PJ kick now.

    THX to Abe

what a nice morning surprise for starting a working day .. downloaded and now tasting
    thank you

  3. that always happens when someone comes out from a PJ concert .. it's something to experience to be understood completely
no doubt you'd be impressed by them like i think you knew by yourself
aside of Mike episode .. is there anything particular that hit you more?
    how Eddie was?
where were you located Mike or Stone side?
sorry for the CIA style interrogation but it was hard to be so far away from such an event hehe

can't wait to have the chance to see them again .. Costarica would be nice .. if only it were true hehe
  4. We were on Mike's side, pretty far back on the lawn. Couldn't really make out faces etc, but the energy was unreal. Eddie was fairly stationary (as usual), but Mike was seriously running all over the place- sometimes just in circles before launching into a spread-legged jump. His performance was through the roof, soloing like crazy when he could. Matt Cameron was really in top form too.

I guess what really hit me most other than Better Man, Not For You, Who You Are, Faithfull, In My Tree, and the Temple reunion was really the openers sets. Specifically Glen Hansard. Aside from those 2.5 hours that PJ played, his set was by far the best part of the day. Check him out.
  5. Eddie gave all of his crazy running jumping climbing diving in his younger years
i definetely have to give Glen Hansard a listen .. one of the Commitments

I can't wait to see them in six days.

Did I ever mention to you that it was your posting of the Chicago '95 show a while back that inspired me to start listening to them again - and get tickets to this Sunday's show in Toronto?

Toronto shows should be great.Enjoy !!!

  8. Thanks. I wish I were going to both nights but I'll just have to enjoy Night #1. I'll be purchasing the official bootlegs of both, however, shows when they are eventually released.

Here's hoping for "In My Tree" and "Corduroy" along with the obvious hots from TEN and VS.
