  1. Ed played for Bruce couple of years ago...that gala gig in D.C...President Obama was there,sitting next to Bruce.

    Isle of Wright is going to be sick...Elbow,PJ,The Chief..the BOSS...alot of Bass Ale will be consumed by this tourist..lol
  2. Yeah.. My City Of Ruins... Bruce had tears in his eyes. He recorded a longer studio version of it for charity too... I think I bought that on iTunes.
  3. Unless my eyes are deceiving me, Coldplay hasn't been "discussed" in the last three days.
  4. Aside from both "Oceans," "Dep," and "Rats" (none of which have been played in Europe since the 1990's) I am hoping they play some of the tracks that were omitted from their 2010 Euro Tour. I'm hopng we get songs like "I Got Shit," "Last Exit," "Nothing as it Seems," and "Brain of J" this time around...

    ...so I can make a 2010 vs 2012 Mix, of course.
  5. Just finished listening to the 2005 Gorge the third time since the weekend. It's a very good show - lots of hits mixed in with a bunch of "lost dogs."

    I have removed it from my ipod shuffle and we now focus on the Philly show for the next few days.
  6. Chris has been reading all these posts...he's impressed...but he's a stuck up Brit..so he won't join up....LOL......as he won't allow me to play PJ tonight...I can not enter into this discussion at the moment....

    Let me say this though...U222 sounds great...I love side 1....and side 2 as well....I just wish U2 would have released gigs from these shows....the European gigs from 2010 are some of the best gigs this band have played in the last decade....Imagine the shows being available for 9.99 on their site..as pj sell on their site....

    How true..DMB have played 19 shows so far,on their 2012 Summer Tour.They have played 80 different tunes already,and that's full songs..not BS snippets like U2 gigs include happy birthday as if its a full song......

    The U2 2010 Euro tour though, was just special Matt as you know...the Brussels gigs...and the shows in Zurich as well were amazing..and Munchen too...a lot of the same songs were played over the 2 nights...but the shows were great....
