Someone in Manchester in the front row had a huge sign which said 'Crown of Thorns' and I believe it got taken off them. It was literally 10 minutes before the show, then one of the roadie's took the setlist away again and brought it back. It wasn't played in the end, but I thought it would.
From now on, this set will be Pearl Jam's static set. In ten years they'll change Crown Of Thorns for Even Flow because the fans have gone crazy craving for it. Then they'll go with that for another Ten years. Then they'll quit.
