  3. I didn't know where else to post this.....but I thought I should share it....

    I'm in lower Manhattan (where I live) at the 9/11 memorial....11 YEARS have passed since the worst attack in American history.....they say time heals.......well....I'm not healed.....

    let us NEVER FORGET what happened on that day......3000 innocent souls were taken from us ....murdered for going to work....murdered for being Husbands,Wives,Mothers,Fathers,Sons,Daughters.....all murdered.......Im still in shock.

    My 7 year old daughter asked me this question,this morning,as I walked her to school "Why did those bad people do that to us Daddy ?" ....all I could say,after a few minutes..."I don't know...........I don't know"

    As for the anniversary of the attacks, it was indeed awful. I was really surprised EV didn't mention it even once last year during "my" show.

    That must have been tough. One of the things I am not looking forward to in the upcoming years is attempting to explain to my kids why bad things happen to good/innocent people.
  6. In general, why do have people to give each other such a hard time, be it via war, in politics, but even at a "smaller level" as on the road or at school. Is it money, ideology, but well, think that will never go away. It only has gotten worse in the last years, the me, myself and I society.

    Weird thing happened in The Hague today. There was a big crash with two trams, and guess what. They were tram line 9 and tram line 11, what are the odds.

    Back to PJ, I listened a bit to Brad, but that's not my cup of tea. About a PJ tour, EV mentioned that it might be a while before they're back in Europe. Will there even be a new album, with all these side projects?

    Thats the thing Matt,its a slap in the face.I have mentioned this before about him,and his drunken antics,he has no respect at all for what happened....just listen to him during the 09.11.05 gig in Kitchener.....I actually had to turn it off...not only didnt he mention anything about the VICTIMS during that show (or your show last year),he actually chanted during Daughter,about Dick Cheney,a sittin Vice President at the time “I can’t wait ’til somebody takes your place; Dick Cheney you can kiss my ass; forgive me if I get high to celebrate the news when you die.”

    Hmmm,no mention about Osama Bin Laden though..I guess he didnt wish death on him... but the President and Vice President ?,yeah death to them..what an asshole he can be....and dont get me started Matt about the 04.30.03 gig,when he not only embarrassed himself,but the band that night.Fans were livid,I know,I was one of them. Stone and Mike BOTH went on the radio the next day, saying that wont go down again and it was taken "out of context".It was way too soon, after the attacks,to go mocking Bush with the mask...something a drunken high school student might do..but then again,maybe not..

    Absolutetly despicable,and drunk of course,onstage no less.....I guess he was with his leftist "friend" Sean Penn that day..

    Very hard Matt.Its even harder here,we live so close to Ground Zero..they hear the bagpipes,and all..its very upsetting..

  12. I should also add "Help Help." It wasn't played at the two shows I mentioned so I didn't put it on the list. However, all of the other ten were!

    As someone who has admitted that they don't listen to THAT much PJ, I'm impressed you know (and appreciate/like) the those two songs, Sergio.
