1. Three quick comments, Ed:

    1. Nice review.

    2. The 2012 Euro mix will be done - hopefully by Christmas - but you know I will have to incorporate ALL of the classic openers into the mix. I am just finisihing up a SIX-DISC (!) 2009 mix where it disc is its own mini show. I prefer this option over starting Disc 1 with a bunch of openers - like I did with my 2000 and 2003 mixes.

    3. Although I probably like "1/2-Full" more than you. I don't like it THAT much. I think you're thinking of "Save You" - although the lyrics are a bit sophmoric, it still rocks.

    Berlin 2 today!
  2. Did anyone already received the Amsterdam 1 and 2 cd's? Takes ages

Berlin 2 now on PJ radio
  3. as expected no PJ at the Download fest next year ... headliners: Maiden, Rammstein and Slipknot
  4. Missed out on EV tickets Las Vegas grrr
Bit too far to get on the waiting list for that
  5. It's never easy deciding what PJ boot to listen to,as there are so many.

This morning I wanted something from the great 2000 Tour.

    Chicago,,10.09.00

This show,IMO,is one of the best from the entire tour...It's a top 3, no question right after Milan and Katowice.

and also, a much needed break from Got Some...LOL

  6. Correct me if I'm wrong, but PJ doesn't really "belong" or "fit in" with those other four bands.
  7. that would have been my thought too before the Jay-z festival hehehe

  8. Berlin 2 .. and, even more for me, neither The Fixer hehe

Once these 2012 bootlegs have all been released, my intention is to go back to 2000 and listen to some of those shows, although not all of them.

    Maybe just the "Ed-Man" ones.

  10. Good point.

I suppose them playing with Jay-Z might be a more "social" move (and possibly artistic one) than playing with a bunch of metal bands.

I'm not too sure which direction I am hoping PJ to go at this point in time, but I'm quite certain that metal (nor rap) is one of them.
  11. A little bird just told me Pearl Jam will be one of the headliners of next Lollapalooza Brazil (next march)...so I really can't wait to see them again
  12. heard that rumor early in august .. if that bird is Vodafone don't trust him hehe
