1. Good point.

I suppose them playing with Jay-Z might be a more "social" move (and possibly artistic one) than playing with a bunch of metal bands.

I'm not too sure which direction I am hoping PJ to go at this point in time, but I'm quite certain that metal (nor rap) is one of them.
  2. A little bird just told me Pearl Jam will be one of the headliners of next Lollapalooza Brazil (next march)...so I really can't wait to see them again
  3. heard that rumor early in august .. if that bird is Vodafone don't trust him hehe
  4. recent quote of Jeff

“Hopefully the next thing is something more out there. I think we’re about due for some songs that are way outside of where our comfort level is.”
  5. "Way" outside, eh?

    We'll see what that brings.
  6. Id love to see a quote like this from Stone,"We are due for an album,no question..and we have to focus on our band,Pearl Jam,not all this solo stuff...so yeah, the album is priority #1 and a full proper tour to follow.Something like the 2006 tour"

I hope this is true for your sake (so you can attend) and the rest of ours (yet another bootleg!)

You know, thank goodness U2 doesn't release all their shows they way PJ does. I'd be broke.
  8. U2 would never release their gigs, they are paranoid about their live performances (mistakes etc)...plus,the setlists are so similar each night,it isnt necessary to buy more than a couple...

Vertigo 2005..that is a different story..diff encores each night, and 3 diff opening tunes,L&P,Vertigo,COBL in one calender year, that in itself, was a shock to me..

why Stone? do you think he's the most reliable? hehe
  10. He's the silent leader, isn't he?

Sure EV makes the setlists and does all the rants but I bet in the end he has to ask Stone first - or answer to him later!
  11. Stone really knows how to be unserious though
Jeff was about to beat him first time he met him because of his sarcasm and irony, Green River dawn hehe
  12. Yes,its Stone and Jeffs band..EV, to this day, says he joined "Stone and Jeffs band",and came from San Diego to do so.....also,you see how much Stone speaks in the PJ20 film...
