1. The best festival live experience I ever had was Pearl Jam at Pinkpop 1992. Giant jump into the audience from Eddie Vedder.
  2. oh well you said nothing hehehe .. one of the best performances in a festival by a band
  3. i don't think PJ will break up any day soon. when they celebrated their 20th anniversary last year, i believe i heard Ed say on one of the 2011 boots "here's to another 20!"
  4. I hope you're right. As much as I'd prefer them to get a new alwbum out, what they've been doing since the release of Backspacer is MUCH better than nothing at all.
  5. Just got my tickets...Pearl Jam will be one of the headliners of Lollapalooza Brazil next march and I'm REAAAAALLY excited about the hole thing
  6. good for you ..enjoy

but taking a glance at the lineup, aside Queens of the Stone Age and A Perfect Circle, .. what the fuck they do in there?!

Congrats goes out to you, indeed! That'll be two PJ shows for you in just over a year, won't it?
  8. 1 year and a hald I believe...they played here last november.

And they're goin to be the biggest headliners, so I believe organizers will let then play a full set (or at least I hope...)
  9. I'm sure you'll get over 20 songs - even 25.

    Start making your "dream setlist!"

  10. Mike and Mark Arm moshing in Missoula ... grungie time hehe
  11. Read a lot on the PJ forum they expect a tour next year in Europe again. As he mentioned few times this summer it can take a while when they will be back, don't see this happen soon. Seems they're expected to tour each year, well let's say, give shows. U2 should almost be due, every 4 years in NL, but for them it's not expected to show up each year. Let's wait and see what happens in 2013, some fans in the US look already pissed off that there will be 3 shows in South America and no sight on shows in the US.
  12. I think it's still early to assume they won't do more shows in the US (and Canada - fingers crossed) next year. Hopefully they'll be able to schedule a bunch of North American shows in late-April, May, and early-June and then re-hit that European festival circuit (that seems to be what they like doing nowadays) in July.
