1. Don't get me started about the lack of offense in football/soccer, Ron.

I believe several member of PJ are fans of my beloved game of baseball.

Jeff is the only one to have taste in the band ... loving basketball
(nice event yesterday at the Forum EA Milano vs Boston Celtics)
  3. Well, I guess the whole Mookie Blaylock connection puts basketball ahead of any sport when it comes to PJ.

  4. My father-in-law (an Italian) hates baseball, too.

We find other ways/topics of interest to "connect."
  5. Nothing wrong with soccer, so long as it's not Major League. And preferably called football
  6. That confuses us here in North America.

Soccer is a great sport - to play.
  7. Football is indeed a great sport.
  8. Stone at the Mariners, is that the only pro sport team currently in Seattle?
  9. Seahawks
  10. Ah yeah, it was the supersonics that were discontinued
  11. They used to have a hockey team - back in the 1970's - but now Seattlites have to travel to Vancouver to see an NHL game.

Pearl Jam doesn't seem to have too many connections to ice hockey, although I'll bet EV is a Chicago Black Hawks fan.
  12. if i'm not wrong, i read somewhere that Edmonton Oilers are thinking of the option to relocate in Seattle
