1. Breaks are good Matt....when you come back, its sounds all the more better !!!
  2. don't lose your way meanwhile hehe
  3. No...no...don't worry, Ron, I won't become a die-hard fan of The Killers on you!

I was ever-so tempted to put Atlanta 1994 on my iPod yesterday but I held back. Seeing that I am going to a Samshing Pumpkins concert tomorrow night, I got a few boots playing from them (1993, 1996, and 1998 shows). Also, I put Nirvana's Live at Reading on my ipod as well as two GNR shows (Live at the Rtix, 1998 and Tokyo 1992). My "shuffle" is old and only holds 1Gb.

In any case, PJ will be back in November. I have to relisten to all those 2012Euro boots again - and get a four-disc mix done in time for Christmas!
  4. So with this top albums list coming up it got me thinking: What is PJ's fifth-best album? In whatever order you'd like to put them, their first three are without a doubt their best three and Yield at #4 is a no-brainer for me. But what comes next?

They're the only four I own

No Code # 4 for me Matt, followed by Yeild.Whats amazing,in '96 when No Code was released,I hated it.Strong songs are there, they just were recorded like shit,as per EV.
  7. Fair enough. I do REALLY like five or so songs (Sometimes, Hail Hail, IN MY TREE, Present Tense, and Off He Goes) from it but then a gap appears. It's not that I don't like the other songs (I do) but I also think that Binaural and Riot Act are both worth considering.
  8. Ron, I am hoping that you can help me here. Also, I might be wrong but I don't think there's a Nirvana topic on this site (I'm not really in the mood to start one either) so I thought this would be as good of a place as any to pose/post this question:

Are there any EXCELLENT/HIGH-QUALITY Nirvana shows out there from 1993 that cover a good portion of In Utero. I've done a bit of searching and can only seem to find shows with cut songs, extreme edits (e.g., MTV Live and Loud), or simply low sound quality.

Any suggestions? It'd be nice to get something that complements that Live at Reading show that includes almost all of Nevermind.

  9. Well, you're off to a good start.

(Get some of those 2000 and 2003 bootlegs at pearljambootlegs.org)

  10. I picked up some (well, two) official 2000 bootlegs from that wegotshit blog you posted a while back. Looks like it's since been taken down.

    #4 Yield
    #5 Riot Act
    #6 No Code
