1. I saw many gigs over the years at CBGB...from Blondie to the Beastie Boys in 1982...the 2 shows I wish I could have seen, the Jam 1977 and Pearl Jam in 1991.But,in '77 I was only 11,so I guess I can forgive myself..lol
  2. i knew you saw them somewhere sometime .. i've managed to see Ramones later on their career .. 1989 1990 and 1996 .. mad mad things
but god .. at the Legendary CBGB!!!
cool Blondie hehe .. you can be forgiven for The Jam but definetely not for THAT show i listened to yesterday by PJ!!! hehehe
  3. I watched that Pearl Jam: Under Review documentary this afternoon (as opposed to NFL games). It was entertaining but nothing that I didn't already know or get from PJ20.
  4. Missoula ..
Unthought Known - Not For You - State Of Love And Trust - Jeremy - Ghost - Daughter (hey ho lets .. vote hehe) - Know Your Rights ((H) )

encore 1 (Off He Goes - Low Light - Man Of The Hour - Nothingman - Better Man)

    fantastic sequences
  5. .. not to forget Kick Out The Jams with Mark Arm and Steve Turner hehe
  6. I still haven't listened to the thing!

    I will today.
  7. Just Breathe, Immortality, Love Boat Captain, The End .. all in the same encore yesterday in Houston..
  8. Wow!

Immortality has become one of my favourite PJ songs. Must be your influence, Ron.
  9. i can't feel sorry for that hehe
great song great melody great lyrics adaptable to a great artist too (and spirit too for me, with all his contradictories, despite of the general belief) .. everything great
  10. After a month-long hiatus of Pearl Jam bootlegs, I broke and listen to (the first half of) Missoula today. Nice show.

(I was suppose to hold off until December, however!)
  11. Is it an "instant classic " ?
  12. Ha! Good question.

I'd say no. Although I haven't listened to it in its entirety, it's not as good as some of the European shows. And "our" shows (MSG 2010 and T.O. 2011) didn't get that "seal" but those four shows were all fantastic.
