    I don't mind the mini-tours but I find (and found at the time of the performance) it hard to get into these one-off gigs.

    On the new ‘Inside Soundgarden: King Animal’ radio special Matt Cameron revealed that Pearl Jam will likely head back into the studio in March to finish their new album

  6. Also, no Release, Oceans, Sometimes, or Long Road to open.

    No Black (!), Porch, or Once.

    No RVM, Go, or Animal.

    No Spin The Black, Last Exit, or Immortality

    No In My Tree, Present Tense or Hail Hail.

    They need to do a two-night venue that includes as much as the above as possible and THAT could be released as an instant class

  8. I like what your saying but maybe PJ should finish the album and then beuing touring in the late-summer.

    As much as I like the Soundgarden reunion, it is really complicating things for PJ.

  10. anyway the only sure things are SG tour early in the year and those couple of dates in South America by PJ end march-beginning april.

    if the boys will be really recording in march, will we have some taste of new songs? .. i'm not much confident, being festivals i don't think so but who knows
  11. There's little point in using a festival to debut a song.

    Intimate settings are better for that.

    Yes,and that is the problem Ron.Since 2007,they tour for 2 weeks,and thats it.The band should have toured Backspacer alot more than they did,in 2009-2010,they didnt.

    Brad and RNDM wouldnt exist,if EV was 100% committed to PJ.He isnt IMO.Like I have said,U2 have been together for over 30 years..I dont see Bono or the Edge running around doing solo albums or tours,and they could.I know why they dont,because Bono said in the past,he has "no desire" to do "solo shows",because he's "in a band."

    I beieve Noel Gallagher said the same thing recently.

    Also....while Im at it.... advertising on their web site,that the gig from Missoula is an "Instant Classic" looks as if they are trying to create a false buzz,and get some hype for a decent gig,sell it at half price,for a few days,so people who wouldnt have bought it,will now buy it....I dont like that.
