  1. Are you just doing these for yourself or do you think you'll .RAR or Zip them up and share for us, too? These would be great to listen through.
  2. I've made a few myself (not quite finished) and would be happy to share - I assume there aren't any legal issues posting them on mediafire or rapidshare. I am embarrassed to say that I've never uploaded anything to mediafire. Can I assume it is extremely easy? Otherwise, when I am done, I would be happy to zip and send any files to anyone who interested directly to them.

    The N.American set I will post in a couple days.There are twice as many shows, as Europe, to choose songs from.But I will just take versions of songs, from some of the best gigs IMO,from both N.American legs.And I will make it, a nice,solid 35 tracks....I think.....lol


    Cripes, my hard drive is quickly filling up with these bootlegs. Just got two of the Jones Beach shows as well as the shows from San Diego and Las Vegas. Now I have to find time to actually listen to them...

    ...and there's this "Kindergarden" album that everyone's talking about that I should dedicate an hour to.

I would,but I hate to say, I have no idea how.Sorry.I PM the good people from U2start alot, for assistance.All these boots,from 2000,that I have listed,are available,on pearljambootlegs.org.EV has no problem with fans sharing their shows.Just as long as they are not still for sale,on PJ.com,anymore.The only shows they are still selling,are from 2008-present....iTunes, are indeed selling, alot of the N.American downloads from 2006 though.

    PM me with intructions,and I will be glad to upload my mix for you and the good people in these forums.... I have almost every bootleg,from 2000-2010.My next mad set,after N.America 2000,will be the N.American 2003 Tour.....then I will move on to Canada 2005...another favorite tour for me.I saw the band in 2005,Montreal (also went to Montreal 2011)..loved it.Maybe,the best version of Black,from that gig.Im biased..yes..but if you get a chance..check it out...love this band.

    LOL..I know.Its not easy.What I have done,for the last decade or so,is download a show,and listen to it while Im traveling (work) or working out (bike).It is alot.That is why I break down tours,and even legs.Like with Europe 2000.This makes it a bit more manageable.There are 72 gigs from just 2000.I would say,at least, 60 are must haves.IMO of course.

    The European leg,IMO,is amazing.You mentioned the Jones Beach gigs.I went to all 3.I used to have a setlist, from just the 3 nights there.N1 is a decent show.Has a great version of Long Road.But N2 and N3 are fantastic gigs.Apeman gigs of course.

    There are zero legal issues.Just as long as we arent selling the shows,or our mixes, of these gigs.Stone,Jeff and EV,are on record,saying they support fans sharing gigs.The main reason PJ sell all there shows,since 2000,was the simple fact,a friend of the band showed them a bootleg,selling for a shitload of money,in 1999.EV was pissed,and said,we will beat the bootleggers.We will sell all our gigs for now on.I heard an old interview, on PJ radio, the other day.Stone was sayin.."he loves the fans sharing their shows...just dont fuckin sell them"...

  8. I'd love a couple shows as well. I have the Chicago show from 1995 that I think was in this topic (it was somewhere on the site). I've never uploaded anything either so I can't help with that. Also, Amy recommendations for the shows I can buy on iTunes. I'd love to get a couple shows there too.

    Yes.For starters...Grand Rapids,05.19.06,Auburn Hills,05.22.06 and San Francisco,07.15.06.....classic shows.Drop the $9.99 on each show,without hesitation.....you will love them......

    Also,you can download the whole tour,on pearljambootlegs.org...The European gigs are amazing.I prefer the Italian shows..They are some of the bands best ever..IMHO of course......also look for the Honolulu show,on 12.02.06...nothing short of fantastic....
  10. The five gigs in Italy in 2006 are huge, MSG (2 shows) and Mansfield (3 shows) in July of 2003 are great, and read the last few pages of this thread and you will get more than enough recommendations for 2000. Also, Melbourne 1998 is a great sounding bootleg.

    Definitely go to pearljambottlegs.org. You can get entire shows or just download single tracks (if you're looking for that rare performance of a song like WMA or All Those Yesterdays). I'm not too sure why but it always takes me a couple of tries to access the site. I get some sort of "oops" error message but after repeated clicking on the link, I eventually arrive at one of the greatest places on the Invalid url 'http://www -' [edit] not as great as this place of course.

    I was looking at the 2005 Canadian Tour last week. Looked like a good one. Can't believe they played Newfoundland - and for two nights!
