  6. Ron,you know me...LOL...I have always hated the fact that all of PJ have basically bowed to Cobain...they changed their sound because Cobain said they,PJ,were "too commercial"...How does a band change who they are because of another musicians off comment ? What does that say about PJ ?

    It's only a couple hundred kilometres - which, of course, is less than that amount in miles!

    Kurt just said what he thought, never had hair on his tongue and probably he simply triggered a string that was already inside them both regarding their sound and concept of music world .. Vs has already some signs.
    they were not liking anymore how they were living the music .. they didn't want to say always yes anymore and decided to say no (like Stone, i guess, said) .. so no video .. ticketmaster boycott .. much more experimentation in the sound and on .. all things i appreciated a lot
    so i think that Kurt's words were just the straw that breaks the camel .. he probably turned on a light that they already had.
    i don't think at all he was the main cause of their career development
