1. Yeah, I'm surprised they've gone this long without playing in places like Seattle, LA, SD, Boston, and (obviously) NYC.

I suppose that fans in the midwestern states are even antsier. They haven't been to some of those places since 2006, no?

I'm hoping they include Toronto on their list but I'm not expecting it.

  4. i'm much more "thrilled" by the release of Stone solo album that should be in june ...

  5. This is hilarious.
  6. DOn't know if it's been posted, but...

Ok here's the scoop: From a VERY reliable source. West Coast tour and album this fall.

Oh hey, source just confirmed East Coast dates. Octoberish.
  8. Thanks Sergio, will download and listen tonight

New album in October sounds good, although both U2 and Pearl Jam on tour next year in The Netherlands (Sounds logic with both of them coming with a new album this year) will be tooooo expensive for a poor student like me . Guess we just wait and see what they will do.

Every little rumor is making me foam at the mouth...it's been too long!! Ill be at every show in my area..I had 3 long years to save up!!
  10. Well, if they are coming East, there's a chance they'll come to Toronto - and then a chance I'll get tickets (as opposed to that London fiasco!)
  11. Time for a PJ list...

We recently ranked the songs of Vitalogy. How about we do No Code today?

    1. In My Tree (I love the heavy drums of the versions from the 2000 tour but also EV calm guitar in the 2003 performances.
    2. Hail, Hail (check out the Letterman performance from 1996 on youtube!)
    3. Sometimes (not played enough)
    4. Off He Goes (somewhat surprisingly, they've played it at both concerts I've attended)
    5. Present Tense (never gave it much of a chance until I heard it live - it's just great.)

    6a. Lukin
6b. Habit (the heavy combo - gotta be in the mood for them, however)
    8. Red Mosquito (only recently started to appreciate it)

    9. Around the Bend (a nice, quiet closer)
    10. Who You Are (never should have been a lead single - they band must not like it much since they almost never play it)

    11. Smile (not a big fan of the harmonica - many fans love it, however)
    12. Mankind (well, nice try Stone. Good riff but it wears thin quickly)

    13. I'm Open (I'm closed)
