1. That doesn't seem fair.

If I recall correctly, this was an issue with the Soundgarden shows this past winter. Yes, I benefited from becoming a last-minute member (for free) but even I felt a bit sheepish about getting tickets before individuals who've been on the site for a number of years.

All of this said, if one really wants to go to a show, there are other (more expensive, mind you) options. I can attest to that!
  2. The timing for this announcement was great, as my friend Chris (from London) is visiting my family and I in Florida with his family ...we do this each year...he is on "holiday"...lol

He already assured me that we "are all in,no doubt" for the 4 shows....he works for the BBC in London..and always hooks us up with insane tickets....

he just called London and gave me a thumbs up...My wife and I met him and his wife at an Oasis show in NYC way back in 1996... they were sitting next to us...what luck..and we have been great friends since........ it's nice to know people....

I agree..you might get "picked" over me..and Im a 10c member since 2000..same goes with DMB, member since 2000....its bullshit but thats how it goes....

I got "ok" seats for DMB at WPB for the 19th and 20th from Warehouse.....taking my bud Chris...he was like "fuck off with those seats"..once again,he makes 1 call and we are in the pit both nights..amazing....
  4. ^ I could use a friend like him.
  5. Looks like these two summer shows are essential "taking care" of the big PJ fan base in Toronto and Detroit (London is about halfway between the two cities) and Chicago.
  6. I also put in for N2 in Philly. Ill be wearing my ranger jersey that night.

    That's awesome dude..introduce me. Haha!

  8. I would suggest against doing this.....enjoy the PJ gig..these shitheads in Philly will break your balls all night..not worth it IMO....when we saw PJ in 2009, Yanks were playing the Phillies in the series..my bud had a Yank lid on..he almost got in 3 fights....

    not worth it
  9. So let me get this straight..you can request 2 GA and 2 res seats to the same gig, but you will only get charged for one set..not both..if selected..is that correct ?
  10. Is that the case, Ed? I'm wondering about that, too. The last thing I'd want (well, aside from getting no tickets) would be to get two sets for the same show!

I'd have to agree with you on this one, Ed. No need to get into trouble while trying to enjoy some music.

If it were a Flyers-Rangers game, go nuts!
  12. Alright alright... Lol. Ill wear a PJ shirt. I did it about 10 years ago at a tool concert at the old spectrum. Pretty funny but I'm too old for that shit now!!
