It's everything Ole wishes it was IMO. Ole should be buried and forgotten. Ill be a little angry if it gets played either night in brooklyn. Set list spots are way too sacred especially with a new album out.
I FINALLY listened to it. Not bad..not bad at all. Faster/heavier than I was expecting. It's certainly better than Ole, which was crap. I could see the first part of the song being reminiscent of maybe Comatose - or Spin the Black Circle (as was previously advertised.) One things for sure, EV's voice sounds a bit "rougher" (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) than I've ever heard it before.
It's a pretty good song, not really schocked or something but it's nice. I'm also really looking forward to the new album and hopefully a new tour in Europe with a show in The Netherlands.

I am hoping they include some songs a la Binaural on this album. Songs like "Of the Girl," "Nothing as it Seems," and "Parting Ways" are absolute gems and the creation of that type of music should not be forgotten by then band.
Great job with the lyrics...lets be realistic, all twelve songs aren't gonna sound like this. They'll be a couple quieter ones and some mid-tempo stuff on the album as always. After a 4 year absence I think it's a perfect lead single to tell everyone they're back. It gets better with every listen.
In terms of the quiet ones, I'm sort of hoping there aren't too many "pretty" ones like "Thumbing My Way" or "Just Breathe." I'd rather something along the lines of "All or None" or "Around the Bend."
