I hope you are right.....this is a huge release for PJ.
  2. 'Sirens' is a lovely track. Digging it after the first listen.
  3. I'm really liking this track. A little over hyped by the producer (then again what isn't) but its a great track that gives me confidence in this album.
  4. Hmmmmmmm....I've only listened to it twice but I have to admit that I'm not into it. These two singles are polar opposites. I'm hoping the rest is somewhere in between.

Who knows? Maybe I'll prefer it live.
  5. Sirens is very very good........I'm really liking this track a lot....showing my age sure..but I prefer PJ slower tunes at this point.... this tune is impressive and is going to be a killer in Brooklyn.
  6. 3 - 1 so there's no need for my vote hehehe ( i'm gonna listen to it this evening)
i read somewhere it could easily take the place of Better Man .. finally (not my word uh hehe)
  7. nah, too much 80's sounding (a la Scorpions' Wind of Change)

i'm beginning to ponder if i should cancel my pre-order....?

maybe that's why they called it 'Sirens'? Wake up! Alarm alarm! bad album ahead!!! :p
  8. anyway ...

  9. Hear the sirens
    Hear the circus, so profound
    I hear the sirens
more and more in this here town

Let me catch my breath to breathe
    and reach across the bend
    Just to know we’re safe
    I am a grateful man
    This light has been alive
and I can see you clear
    how to take your hand
    and feel your breath
or feel this someday will be over
I pull you close, so much to lose
    knowing that nothing lasts forever
I didn’t care before you were here
    I danced with laughter
    with the ever-after
But all things changed. Let this remain

Hear the sirens covering distance in the night
    The sound echoing closer
will they come for me next time
Oh every choice, mistake I’ve made, it’s not my plan
to send you in the arms of another man
And if you choose to stay, I’ll wait, I’ll understand
It’s a fragile thing, this life we lead
If I think too much, I can’t get over
Wound by the graves by which we live
our lives with death over our shoulders
Want you to know that should I go
I always loved you, held you high above too
I study your face; the fear goes away

It’s a fragile thing, this life we lead
If I think too much, I can’t get over
Wound by the graves by which we live
our lives with death over our shoulders
Want you to know that should I go
I always loved you, held you high above too
I study your face, and the fear goes away
    The fear goes away
    The fear goes away
    The fear goes away
