Dont give up! youll get it!

This was my fourth PJ show and it was the first time I didn't hear Better Man, Black, Daughter, or Given to Fly (I believe all were played Friday in Pittsburgh). Now the only two songs I've heard at every show are Do the Evolution and, my personal favourite, Alive.

Daughter and Given To Fly came to mind also but I thought they were less common than the ones I mentioned. Didn't know Breath was so rare though, I knew they stopped performing it altogether in 1994 and the fanclub made them eventually bring them back in 1998 or 99, but I was wrong thinking it was very common from then on It's one of my favs, what a shame. I'm sure you'll get it

  4. I was saving that comment for my full review (later today) but I couldn't agree more. To me it's a no-brainer that they play this high octane track.

They must be saving it for you special people in NYC.

It's a great song, indeed. One of my longtime favourites, as well. Why they left it off Ten has sort of baffled me over the years. It, along with State of Love and Trust, always makes my "The Songs of Ten - Live!" compilations.

I hope you're right! It's early in the tour but it looks like They're playing an "opener" in the second or third slot. Basically just because they're opening with a new song doesn't ruin your chance of seeing one of the 5-7 true PJ openers which I think is cool. Can't wait to read your full review

  7. I won't! Hopefully they 'll find themselves in Toronto next year - these road trips all in one night are wearing me down a bit.

I still need Release and some of the deeper cuts from Ten and Vs to make my "trainspotting" list complete. Oh, I need In My Tree and Spin the Black Circle, as well.

Dam, I wish I went to the Night 2 show in Toronto two years ago!

State never clicked for me but Breath is damn awesome.

I'm listening to RVM and well, it's also one of my favs. It has to be crazy live!!

Pendulum works quite well as an opener. As as I was to hear Corduory when I did, I was hoping they'd play a couple more of the slower ones as a warm up.

The crowd loved RVM. One of the highlights of last night.

I was a bit concerned when they hand't played anything from Vs. during the main set but FIVE songs from that album appeared between thte two encores.

    Nice!

  11. To be honest, it took me quite a while to get into SOLAT. I really appreciate it now but for YEARS I deemed Breath to be a way better tune.

Lmao! Everyone on the PJ board was simultaneously praising the set and complaining about the lack of Vs material as the main set unfolded.
