1. I just found that Weezer does it...that is if anyone here actually likes Weezer.

I'm not sure how it all works but I often ask myself, "Why wouldn't a band release all of their shows?"

  4. These 'setlist parties' are getting out of hand.

No need for U2 to release more the a couple of shows from each tour...their sets are basically identical night in and night out since 1980
  6. Good point.
  7. DMB and PJ are not the norm.

Because apparently some of them are perfectionists and like to make sure everything they put out is just right (looking at U2 and Bruce here mainly).

What annoys me more than a band not putting their soundboards out is when they do it for one tour, and then stop (Counting Crows, MB20)

Too bad for the people who wanted a copy of their particular show(s) then eh?

  10. anyone got the Brother - Daughter - Little Sister - Mother - My Father's Son pentalogy (if the term exists hehe)?

  11. I'd be in favour of them (U2 and other bands) at the very least releasing a "best performances" package (sort of like what U2 did with U22/FTGU) at the end of each tour.

I've whined about U2 doing this from the ZooTV tour for years.

Wow, they got the whole family in their catalog, don't they?

They'll be writing about zias and zios in no time!
