The crowd in Montreal (as usual),were fantastic.I saw PJ there in '05,and U2 both nights this past July.Montreal fans are great.I had many knowledgeable, Freanch Canadian PJ fans around me.When I told a couple of them, I drove up with friends from NYC,they insisted on buying beers for us,3 times.

    As far as the show,as usual,PJ brought it.A blistering take on Lukin,before the band rip through Porch,Better Man,Crazy Mary,Alive and Yellow Led end a great night.


  3. Arguably the best "first-three" albums of any band in the history of rock music.

    I've made live mixes (from 2003 and 2006 shows) of these three albums (along with a few "bonus tracks" on each)...would you be interested in me uploading them to mediafire?

    If so, I'll do it on the weekend, if not sooner.

  6. The fact that the songs come from the tour they were promoted on makes this collection very cool. I like the cover artwork, too. For better or for worse, I believe some of the tracks are audience recordings so the audio is not as solid as the soundboard recordings that come directly from the band.

Here is a list,of my favorite tunes, played from PJ's classic 2 night stand, at New York City's Madison Square Garden.The show's took place on May 20th and 21st,2010.I attended both shows,and I must say,there is no exaggeration, or overstating on my part, when I say you must listen to both of these gigs, in their entirety.Both show's are fantastic,and some have said N2 is the best gig ever by the band.Here's my mega mix :

    Edit: So what do ya think? An entire European tour or just a few festivals or something? "Farvel" makes it sound like they're coming to Denmark... where you have the big Roskilde festival that Bruce is playing as well.

    But Europe 2012, hold on, let me just express my excitement... OH FUCKITY YES! I'm so hoping for Reading & Leeds + a few UK dates!
