1. I downloaded some bootlegs this morning, I absolutely love 2011-09-09 Toronto Great quality and great setlist, I also downloaded a Santiago bootleg of 2011 but the quality isnt that great imo.

Do you guys got some suggestions for bootlegs I must have. Looking for ones with great quality sound.
  2. Well Bart, Pearl Jam are the best for great quality sounding bootlegs.

I use spreadingthejam.blogspot.com - they have all the official bootlegs up until 2007. The official bootleg system started in 2000.

If you want suggestions for good bootlegs, I'd recommend both Seattle shows in 2000 (November 5 & 6), San Diego (07/07/2006), Reading Festival 2006, Camden (05/07/2003) & (28/05/2006) and any of the Italian shows in 2006.

Ed (EDDMB), Ronnie (clover68) & Matt (RUMMY) would probably be the best at suggesting bootlegs for you, but I'll assure you that those shows are all a must-have.
  3. Thanks Kieran Going to look for them tonight
  4. YES! Another "member."

Also give a listen to the 2003 Mexico triad.
  5. following the arguement of the admin of an italian PJ site, that makes sense for me, it should be an Eddie tour.
Soundgarden will release their album in May and a tour should follow .. it would be weird that PJ were to go on tour in june/july ...
another point, maybe weaker, is that the 10c tweets have always references to something specific .. and that could be the word "Goodbye" in 3 languages referring to the song in Ukulele songs...
i would love too if it were an Eddie tour, europe is missing after north america and oceania, even if getting tix will be very hard due to the locations ...

Maybe.Maybe not..LOL....Europe needs EV solo.He was amazing when I saw him in June. But,I think the band are going to release an album in June, and start a tour around that time. Most likely,a short 3 week run in the Staes again, then a summer run in Europe.I would love a full tour, like 2006.With numerous dates.

    We shall see.....
  8. in june? and who will play the drums wtih whom? hehe

Meant to add this yesterday, Kieren:

Although it was nice of you to include me with two such high-stature PJ fans, but I am really just "poser" compared to Ronnie and Ed. I was a big fan throughout the 1990's (saw them just once in 1998), but had a rather long hiatus from the band afterwards. I really only listened to them casually throughout the 2000's and never saw them live even though they past through my neck of the woods many times - until this past September, of course. I've already admitted that I didn't even listen to Riot Act in its entirity until a few months ago - although I bought it 2006! I regret "letting them go," indeed. However, I am now a full blown addict with a computer full of bootlegs to mainline into my ears for the next decade.

  10. Thanks guys When Im home I will check them out

Ah.....I forgot about Soundgarden...mmmm..good point. You might be right then, about Sea tweeting with the.."Goodbye".EV solo is really worth it.I thought Soundgraden toured already this year,or in 2010 ?

Iam still hopeful, for a spring release by PJ,though unlikely. Then a full blown summer tour starting in the US,maybe July, then in Europe til September. No festivals this time round.

I feel a trip to London in 2012,or Berlin.PJ at the O2 ?....Late August ?

  12. I believe that they toured both years. I'm still mad at myself for not going to the Toronto show on July 2nd.

Are you not a Soundgarden fan? I figured you would be considering your (excellent) taste in other music. To be honest, they are as "heavy" as I get and really don't listen to anything pre-BMF.
