"Let Me Sleep" is one that the diehards were begging for...I am surprised they didn't go as long as 40 songs...I'm shocked Stone didn't get to sing "Mankind"...a bit disappointed that some other yet-to-be-played songs didn't make into the set list...however, I wasn't there and the crowd/performances were probably/hopefully great.
  3. As a life-fan of U2, I find it quite funny that fans can be disappointed to get 36 songs and an objectively great setlist
  4. Last Repost of this for 2013:
All that's left to be played from the studio albums are:

    Ten: done!

    Vs: WMA (was "tagged," however.)

Vitalogy: just the (imho) stupid songs

No Code: Who You Are, I'm Open, and Mankind (Stone's turn will come)

    Yield: done!

    Binaural: Rival and Evacuation

Riot Act: Love Boat Captain, Ghost, Help Help, Bu$hleaguer, Get Right, Green Disease, and Arc

Self Titled: Marker in the Sand

Backspacer: Johnny Guitar and Force of Nature

Notable Lost Dogs: Brother, Hold On (Wrigley doesn't count), U, Black Red Yellow, Dead Man, Undone, and DIRTY FRANK (also In The Moonlight, Hitchhiker, Diftin, Angel, and Just a Girl)

On to the South Pacific for six shows in early 2014!

  5. Fair enough.

I am sure the performance was fantastic. In fact, I would love to go to a PJ concert where they played JUST hits. I just want as much variety as possible for my upcoming compilation for this tour.

(This is where I once again point the finger at you, Sergio, for introducing me to Nero Soundtrax!)
  6. 2 " firsts " got scratched last night, Of the Earth and Hold On. Great set. Nothing new to add besides Let me Sleep.

  7. Exactly!! Someone on PJ board called this an average show last night because of lack of rarities!!! So spoiled!!! Although I understand Matt's point because of our need to cross songs off but to be there and complain is just.... No words really
  8. Also to get Porch, RVM, Betterman, Breath , SOLAT, fucking Chloe/ Crowns in one show! Whatever.... I shoulda been there instead of some of these whining "die hards" who are to cool to enjoy blistering performances of Even Flow. Rant done.
  9. Great set..

only complaint ,Supersonic and Got Some back to back to start encore 2 ?

    Why those 2 ??
  10. When a show is overhyped it tends to disappoint maybe?
Undoubtedly it was great to be in there, although read a lot of stories about bad sound

Just like Wrigley, I suppose. That said, they didn't have yo contend with thunderstorms last night.

    I love the "Singles" trilogy.

  12. I knew you wouldn't like that!

    Neither did I.
