    That would be a nice touch...play their OWN songs as snippets - or better yet, the FULL song.

    funny, you know...I kinda imagined that while creating possible setlists (a u2 fans hobby indeed)....and IMHO it fits perfectly well.

    WOW they really were working on that one today...8 checks!?!?! Does anyone know if it sounded any different than the performances of Zoo or Pop Tours?

    Am I being "so two hours ago?" I had to put my kids (and wife) to bed.

    Not too sure what it sounded like, only one video was posted earlier of a very very faint soundcheck of it this afternoon. If I hadn't been told what it was, it would have been hard to distinguish as EBTTRT.

    But from what I could understand and gather, it sounded pretty much like the Elevation versions, probably just overall a bit bigger since they're on the huge stage. And don't worry about being a little late, its nice to relive the best parts of the night

    -Scarlet into Walk On was played
    -Word was announced that the Mothers were on stage
    -Streets is being played currently
    -No word on whether or not MOTD bridged Streets and One

    I don't know if this means Streets was played first, or One was. That's just as much as is known currently.

    One was played before streets.

    Scarlet
    Walk On
    One
    Streets

    Still no word on MOTD.

    Will update as I hear more.

  10. MOTD had a brief snippet between One and Streets. Likely all we'll hear of it all night

    They did this in Helsinki, too- they gave themselves an extra song, and it never paid off in the end.

    UPDATE: Zoo Baby is whistling "Streets" to Argentina on the big screen, now. Any minute til Batman.
    UPDATE: Hold Me, Thrill Me currently being played.

    Seems like they band are gonna keep with the "times have changed and progressed since then" attitude by merely snippeting the song from now on.

    "It's Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me. Ultraviolet has not been played four or five concerts in a row now; has it been dropped?"

    this is the 5th concert in a row that UV hasn't been played
