    PS: I ended up breaking my ankle that same night; in the last song (Twist And Shout / La Bamba) a fat, sweaty miss fell over my legs while I was having the time of my life. I didn't stop jumping even when I obviously knew I had an ankle sprain or something worse...


    totally off topic for once, but I saw The Boss as well in 2008, Sergio where was your gig? I saw him in Duesseldorf. Epic night

    It wasn't actually broken, I had a strong sprain and a fissure (if that's the right name for it... not a full fracture). But I sincerely didn't care. What a show it was.

  7. Even Better Than the Real Thing will only continue to work if they don't look bored as all hell onstage while they play it. Where's the kicking and prancing Bono we got during the guitar hook to Breathe, or during Stingray? He could be doing so much more with the song.
  8. Its great they kept Even Better, I really hope they will keep playing it. Like someone said here before the gap between Bowie and EBTTRT. And why did they play Stuck again when you got songs like Bad, AOH, EBW, Mercy, AIWIY, Desire or OTH. I really dont get that part of the show.

    Give the guy a break. Not everyone on these forums is as big a U2 fan as you or I are and they may not notice certain changes to songs.

  12. All I'm saying is that you don't need to effectively put someone down just because they don't follow the band/setlists religiously. The whole sarcastic-tongue-in-cheek-but-not-really criticism is getting old, that's all.
