I cannot sleep and did some hard drive cleaning when I came across the Istanbul folder in my "2010 multicam videos"...Had a look at it and saw I have 1 almost complete (only Moment Of Surrender is missing) HD cam from the stands and quite some other videos.

However I then did a youtube search for HD videos and was pretty astounded that there are indeed some great videos - most of them being GA and surprisingly well filmed (no crazy shakiness). So I'll just contact them and see how the response is...maybe I can get to the point where a multicam will not be multi-many-cams but smth like Zurich 2: not so many, but therefor great cams.

I see there are 2 audio bootlegs for Istanbul, both sounding fair but kind of distant. Maybe someone can make a matrix or even a new source will appear if I spread the word on a multicam?

Anyway... I'd like to ask if anyone from here attended the Istanbul concert and recorded something in HD, that he/she would please contact me if he/she wants to contribute to the project. Also any pre- or postshow, or Snow Patrol stuff (both video and pictures) is welcome for a possible bonus section.

Right now I am working on Athens, and after that I will do Helsinki 1. I start collecting now because from experience it can take several weeks until all videos are sent or uploaded, so you are in no hurry if you want to help.

50% done...if only I could get a better audio (there might be a matrix but the guy is very busy with other stuff). Bedoc's is good, but there are better ones when you compare.

The multicam will be mediocre: for some songs there are enough/good cams while for others there's only 2 or 3. A huge thanks to ytrewq for his almost complete video. Without it I wouldn't do it.

I'm not sure when this one will be finished. The plan was to finish it until the end of August but too much life interfered. I try to do at least 2-3 songs per week, but in the coming weeks I will not have much time for this project.

It's looking great (as usual) so far, Katja!! Don't worry for the lack of cameras, I'm sure you'll do fine even with just 2 or 3 cameras for some songs. For example, In A Little While, Miss Sarajevo or Moment Of Surrender aren't songs where camera switches are really mandatory or neccesary, so you'll be fine I think. Summary. great work, keep on with it while you can

Thanks guys for the feedback...I really like some songs like Magnificent or Vertigo so it's gonna be a new multicam after all.
Just a bit worried about the audio but ok fine nonetheless.

I'm about to edit Go Crazy now, maybe I find time AND motivation to finish the whole thing sooner than recently thought. Or maybe because after Istanbul I plan to do Montreal 2.
