It just has the ocassional "OiFM" pre-recorded between tracks, but no comments from speakers or anything like that. Just that, "OiFM" each 3 or 4 songs.

My bet is that the signal first passed some heavy duty filters (e.g., limiters, compressors) before it was broadcasted, hence the 'lossy' look of the FA.
