1. I disagree with anyone who thinks the band won't shine tomorrow. This is U2 we're talking about. Combined with the famous Mexico crowd, the band will take off and never come back.
  2. PS looking for 2 cheap tickets to the Saturday night gig, if anyone is selling.

Please, let me say I'm just sick of this bloody Crazy Remix...Too overplayed, the surprise factor only lasted a year (2009), and IMHO it isn't a hell of a tune at all....And why snippets of such GREAT SONGS from Pop within this remix? Drop the song, leave that space for a REAL one (DISCOTHEQUE,PLEASE,THE FLY, and I can go on for ages) I CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE...

    +1

If there's one place where this song could get liftoff it's southern America I guess...
So leave it for a while
Don't know how reactions were in Brazil though...

Tomorrow, they certainly won't shine at all. But I'll take that back about the other two shows. I had no clue what I was even talking about.

I think I said it because I thought the last two Sao Paulo shows were pretty 'off' in terms of Bono's voice.

Just the last show, after B partied for 3 days in a row. Second show was amazing. If you can listen to Miss Sarajevo from that night, I´m sure you´ll change your mind

I think that Out of Control tomorrow is a safe bet once today is B´s b-day! Probably some POP will surface in the next few shows

For me the Crazy Tonight remix is still one of the highlights of the show. And one of the key-points. There are enough other songs that could be dropped. I think it should be fantastic if they connect the Crazy Tonight remix to a full version of Discotheque. That would be party.

    U2Gigs:
There are rumours that Magnificent is a new, possibly remixed version, but we have no confirmation either way at present.

Sounds intresting, Im happy that Zooropa and EBTTRT will stay in the setlist.
  10. Discotheque possibly coming back i think one of the band members must have an account on this site cuz they keep bringing back the songs we want

    This x 100.
  12. for me the Crazy remix is a high-light out .. it had its time .. Discotheque instead of it would be a real highlight.
    Even better remix
    Crazy remix
    Magnificent remix (ruomors)

going in this way and the show could be done just by Joe with a DJ
