I have done this considering a mix of the songs' quality AND how well they flow into each other into their respective albums. Of course, all this bands/artists have better songs than these ones, but the consecutive-ness was a 50% factor too
U2: Ultraviolet - Acrobat - Love Is Blindness (Achtung Baby) Muse: Time Is Running Out - Sing For Absolution - Stockholm Syndrome (Absolution) Coldplay: Politik - In My Place - Got Put A Smile Upon Your Face (A Rush Of Blood To The Head) The Killers: Mr. Brightside - Smile Like You Mean It - Somebody Told Me (Hot Fuss) Arctic Monkeys: When The Sun Goes Down - From The Ritz To The Rubble - A Certain Romance (Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not) The Beatles: Sgt Peppers - With A Little Help From My Friends - Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds (Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band) Oasis: Roll With It - Wonderwall - Don't Look Back In Anger (What's The Story Morning Glory) Radiohead: The Bends - High And Dry - Fake Plastic Trees (The Bends) John Mayer: Dreaming With A Broken Heart - In Repair - I'm Gonna Find Another You (Continuum) Dire Straits: Tunnel Of Love - Romeo And Juliet - Skateaway (Making Movies)
I really enjoyed doing this, and rediscovered some great hidden songs in those respective albums
