hey, there are a lot of U2 songs that can both open and close a concert
the most obvious are Streets and I Will Follow,
My favorite is A Sort Of Homecoming
I wanna know which ones you guys like

And in the end I love "40" very much.

I always thought Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses and Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me would make blinding openers.

but in terms of songs that have already been used, Love and Peace or Else and Bullet The Blue Sky have to be up there.

as far as closers go, With or Without You all the way.

I think the point of this topic is for songs that particular songs that can both open and close a show. That's what I read anyway.

Personal opinion is that the only song that is the correct choice to close a U2 concert is "40"...Can't really see that one working as an opener.

I could see Pride as a possible opener/closer though if i were to answer the question as intended

oh i see... my bad.

Streets? i know it's opened a show, and closed the main set on some occasions, but i dunno whether its ever been the very last song played. i can see it working though.
