    I always thought it was a wildly sarcastic comment about Capitalism and the radical change that people in the Soviet republics suffered in a few months time with the fall of The Wall, etc. I love that speech by the way, I can recite it all over from start to end

    I wish Bono had kept his opinions about capitalism and criticise it.

    But no,today it is his friend.
  4. I thought his Mirrorball Man and Mr McPhisto speeches were sensational at times and, in most cases, were nothing more than a piss take.

    I loved all the "I believe in Pepsi Cola, I believe in M&M's" type nonsense during Desire and some of McPhisto stuff was brilliant too. Check out the Zooropa Rotterdam shows for him trying to book a flight out of Schipol airport - total comedy gold!!
