1. I wanted to go to this show, now I think I'll just go into depression instead...

    Absolutely incredible setlist!
  2. 26 songs It must be the longest setlist since Croke Park 3 back in 2005... It looks too shuffled in my opinion, but I would have liked being there anyway
  3. i always love the surprise closings with out of control .. it reminds me Turin '01 ... 10 years ago today

  4. Good call Gonna give a listen to it in your honour!
  5. wow .. you should watch it instead of just listening but it's a great and nice thing the same so ....
    Thank You!!
  6. Show was fantastic last night !!!! I had seats on the side of the stage (sec 114).Bono was in great spirits all night. After Pride,we all kept singing,he just looked around and said.."noisy New Jersey".He was pleased.

The place went nuts during IWF.I loved hearing the 4 play of AB (the Fly !!!!!!!!!).Magnificent,ISHFWILF and Zooropa. The crowd ate up Magnificent.Speaking of Zooropa,it seemed half the stadium, never even heard of the song.I couldnt believe it.My entire section was stunned. They had no clue what song the band were playing.I was so into it.For Gods sake,Zooropa is the name of a release.Strange moment there.

I think Edge started to play Stuck, instead of Stay.Kinda funny moment.Bono was giving him the.... what are you doing look...

The band really played their asses off last night. The show started around 9:18,and ended close to midnight. Not bad.

Bono read a setlist, from a gig in NJ, that they played in 1981.He laughed, pointing out they played Tick Tock and IWF twice.

Encore was great.I think if the band played Bad after OOC,or maybe instead of MOS,I might have passed out. That would have made this a top 5 show for me.Its still up there.Better than my 2 shows at Giants Stadium in 2009.Better than Philly last week (very solid gig).I think Montreal N2, and this show ,are close, as far as classic,TOP gigs, that I have attended, on this 360 tour.Montreal N2 being a true EPIC gig,IMO.

When Bono said 1 more, I was like YES. I thought maybe BAD.OOC is a solid choice. It really went over well.Ending the show with a rocker, is the way to go.MOS is long, slow ok song. Its not a classic. Not a good tune to end a great show with.

Well, this was a great 2 weeks for me.I saw 4 great shows this month.Last night was brilliant. They always play a great show in the Metropolitan area. They should record a show here for once.Enjoy your summer everyone.......
  7. i was just wondering if the lucky NJ attenders were still recovering themselves and waiting for some impressions by who was there
    glad to gear that
  8. they should have been playing a wildcard every show and then maybe people wouldnt have left at the beginning of mos.........................for most of the tour at least.
  9. Wow....

So that leaked setlist was actually dead on for the first 26 songs...

He forgot they did the same with Vertigo not that long ago hehehe

  11. I think the Vertigo encores were an homage to the time when they needed to repeat a song for an encore.

  12. It's not too hard to guess the setlist at this point.
