And it the seeding goes well, and my ratio goes above 0.4 then the others ones will start downloading again or are those just not good? Because the 1993 Adelaide one was on 70% and going really fast but now it says there are no seeds and peers anymore.

It's because I'm the only that is seeding the Adelaide pro-shot & I'm also trying to seed several other things too. I'll make yours a priority.

Are there other ways to get my ratio up? Because when these download wont do anything I dont think my ratio would go up again, right ??

Your ratio goes up when you upload. It's the relationship between download and upload.

Do as Fabian says and download freeleech like my Sao Paulo torrent, is that one downloading for you?

Yup that one is the only one which one does anything now, but I goes as slow as a snail

Free-leech torrents. I would start downloading the Sao Paulo 2DVD that Olof is uploading right now & you're sure to get quite a bit of upload from that.
Or I could upload something of free-leech for you & you then join on immediately, and you're first to finish & you get a lot of upload from people downloading it later.

Also, that Adelaide pro-shot, don't expect it to be going at all, or too fast. Because I've noticed that the Popmart Dublin audience mix only has 1 seeder (which is me), so I have to seed that also.
