    No, but it's legal.

    Maybe the site PB is legal here too, not downloading the stuff there though.

  6. In the Netherlands there is a foundation called BREIN (Protection Rights for the Entertainment Industry in the Netherlands). They try to represent the recording industry, but much people say they just want the money for themselves. They started a lawsuit against some internet providers: the providers had to block The Pirate Bay. The judge said it wasn't the task of the providers.

    In the Netherlands, it is said this judgement legalises The Pirate Bay, as there is no other law arranging it.
