  1. Yeah not bad, just checking out iPad stuff on the internet, various sites to see what apps are cool and some programming. Apart from that, not much else.

    Oh yeah I did get Garageband for iPad last night too - set it up at 3am to download and it seems alright.

    Cool. iPad Garageband looks so cool. It really makes me want an iPad.
  3. It's worth it. Nice big interface and sets up with defined instruments, so I can play a piano or guitar (hard rock, classical or blues) and then upload it to iTunes which is pretty cool in itself.

    Does it work to transfer things to Garageband non-iPad as well?

  6. They showed that in some Apple video I watched about it. So it should work.

    The price for the app is ridiculous.
  7. If they've shown it it should definitely work then. I paid about $5.50 or something, which isn't too bad - no worse than a fart app for 99c - and it (GB) does more.

    Yeah, I meant that the price was ridiculous in a good way. They could've easily taken ten times the price and it still wouldn't be outrageous in any way.
  9. I'm interested in other music apps too - Moog I saw one for I think which would be great.
  10. I love how the iPad seems to be able to be a tool for anything.
  11. If someone can make it, why not. I used to make apps - games and things. Not that they were amazing by any means but they were functional and interesting at least for anyone who wanted to take it apart and see the coding behind it and how it works.

    I've thought about trying to make a bit of money by programming an app some time. I'm just waiting for a good idea.
