  1. Thanks mate! Hell yeah, I'm really looking forward to Croatia (Dubrovnik actually Kieran). Spending some time in family before going back to Toulouse will be nice.
  2. Oh my god, I was in Dubrovnik under a month ago! It's a hell of place, absoutely gorgeous.
  3. Damn, amazing Kieran! Thank you for telling me you enjoyed it I hope I'll enjoy it too. But all the people I know who went there told me the same thing. Our hotel is actually in Cavtat, it looks like being a small village just a few kilometres away.

  5. Scandinavia must be a really nice place to visit. Do you live Southern or Nothern Sweden? I'll always remember my teacher, when I was 9 or 10, telling us about her trip in nothern Norway, for Christmas time. I could not understand back then why it kept being night all they long there

    Yeah, before I went, everyone told me that it was a lovely place. I've heard of Cavtat, just can't remember where it was. Our hotel was the Hilton Imperial which was literally outside the Old Town. Do you know what your hotel is called?
  7. I live in what you'd have to call southern Sweden, yes. On the west cost a little south of Sweden's second largest city, Gothenburgh. I've been very far north though, seen northern lights, aurora borealis. One of the most beautiful things you can see.

    It's called Croatia, it looks really nice.

    Olof, that must have been the best show ever (not counting a U2 show ). I think you can't imagine how you feel in front of this things if you've never really been there.

    Hotel Croatia, ah right. When the bus was taking everyone from the airport to their hotels, we went passed Hotel Croatia. It did look really nice, definitely.
  10. That can be, I think Cavtat is on the way from the airport to Dubrovnik. I'm really excited about that trip anyway, as I told Olof yesterday, my mother was born in Croatia. It's the first time she goes back to her native country since she was eight or so, consequently it will be emotional for her and for us I think.

    It's an incredible show in the sky. Extremely beautiful and captivating Everyone should see it at least once in their life.

    Summer in Sweden's not bad either, it never gets dark at night in the middle of the year.

    That seems kind of strange to me, I'm not used to that situation at all

    Here, the sun shines from 5.30 am to 10.30 pm on late June. On late December, it's only from 8.30 am to 5 pm, but still.
