    Here, the sun shines from 5.30 am to 10.30 pm on late June. On late December, it's only from 8.30 am to 5 pm, but still.

    I believe it is. Yeah, it's a really exciting experience. Where about in Croatia was your mother born? That will be very emotional though, weird for your mother to go back to her native country after so many years.

    Completly. Today, she looked at a book with a Croatian-French dictionnary, she was afraid because there were many words she does not say like that when speaking with my grandmother. I think she's kind of afraid about not being understood there.

    She was born in Osijek, so that's completly different from Dubrovnik. But she doesn't feel ready yet to go back to her family who stayed there (an uncle, a aunt and many cousins), after so many years.

    When the Glastonbury show happened, it never got completely dark, I went out for a few minutes at line 3am and ther was quite a lot of light.

    And now we're talking about the southern parts of my country, up north, the sun stays up 24/7.

    Iceland is quite an amazing place too, been there

    I'd really love going there, too see how different landscapes are from the continent. Iceland must be amazing too, with all the volcanos and all.
  6. Iceland is too beautiful though, you get tired of it The weather is mostly shit too. We were incredibly lucky when we went there and got what the Icelanders said was some of the best weather they'd ever had.
  7. That's risky indeed. Anyway, that's something one's must see I guess. I haven't seen that much countries/cities so far. I've been to Southern England (especially Brighton), Madrid, Barcelona and Milan, plus Dubrovnik coming soon.
    EDIT : I forgot Southern Italy though, near Bari.

  9. I've been to Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Menorca (three canary Islands there), La Gomera (one of the less famous Baleraric Islands), Cyprus, Azores and Crete.

  12. I've been to Florida twice, Italy (Sorrento), Ireland several times, been to alot of places in England & also to Dubrovnik.
