  1. Does anyone know if any of the members of U2
    have got a legitimate facebook/twitter or etc account?

    Do any of the boys come on-line
    and interact and converse with their fans publicly
    like Lenny Kravitz does?

    I just read the article in Irish Independant
    about Bono having shares in Facebook.

    But this still doesn't answer my question.


  3. Nope The Edge is said to hang around some U2 forums and he reportedly has a big bootleg collection, but as far as I know, he (or any other of the band) doesn't have any public relationship or interaction with us (besides uploading some pics to his twitter account every now and then)...


  4. What he doesn't tell you thought is that he recorded most on his mobile phone and therefore only has 1 star bootlegs.
  5. I would say 100% no. It doesn't seem to be something they're interested in - and honestly seeing the mostly cretinous comments that are made on both the official site and the official Facebook, I don't blame them. There's really nothing there that would make me want to interact with those people if I was a band member. I've heard the rumours about Edge lurking/sock-puppeting on forums but I've never given them much credit.

    The closest they come is Edge's twitter account that he uses to post photos. He doesn't interact on it though.
