1. Hence there's a really great audio (remaster) available for the second Montreal show I was checking youtube for videos and there's quite a number of ppl who recorded something.

I'd be interested in editing a multicam for this date if I could get a complete video source as basis.
If that's the case I would start to contact people on youtube to ask for their videos.

If anyone happens to have a complete HD-recording (or even HD-stuff thatz not uploaded to youtube) and is willed to make it available for a multicam, please let me know so I know if a multicam is possible or not.

I already did some multicams, e.g. Frankfurt 2010, Helsinki 2 2010 and Munich 2010 so I am serious about this

    cheers
  2. ha ha that is seriously good news !!!! lets hope you get some usefull stuff !
  3. A bit to my sorrow I notice not for the first time people are enthousiastic when they are offered something for free but if someone asks for help there's not too much response. I'm sorry if I sound a bit sour but I just hope some more enthousiasm will arise regarding this project which I personally would highly appreciate. Hope you'll succeed in collecting the vids and you know to find me for the audio.
  4. noiseless, compared to other sites, I almost never got any replies from users here when I asked for help in the past. Don't know if people who filmed something are not on this board or if they are too "lazy" to help by uploading their videos.

It seems there's no complete source. I'll have a question round with the youtube users. If enough reply I will do it, if not then back luck.

    Thanks again for YOUR help!
  5. Good luck, Katja! If I had attended the show, I would share my videos with you without any hesitation, but I wasn't there :/ So, the best of lucks with it, here's hoping that you can eventually work on this project. If I can be of any help, you know where I am
  6. Really hope you get some good sources for this project! I love listening to Montreal and consider it one of the best concerts of the tour. I wish I had been there and shot some video for you.
  7. Oh My God, I finally discovered who made Frankfurt multicam. Man, It's AMAZING, maybe the best non-official material I have ever seen. Perfect dvd and I'm very glad to know that you wanna repeat with montreal. With a perfect audio, I just can hope another wondeful dvd. Congratulations boy
  8. Not man, woman LOL sorry
  9. Thanks for the compliment . Frankfurt had by far the most contributors out of all my multicams...

For Montreal it is not looking good after all. From youtube-replies, some songs have enough cams to work with, but many have none at all or only snippets. I hope for some more replies this week...

Well most people here dont have taping gear, folks who do are also active on U2t. So thats probably why.

I would give all if i had it.
  11. Anyway I find it strange that so many U2 fans who are on the forums don't record anything at all (yet always expect a recording to pop up).

Anyway...it's also strange that atu2 (their youtube channel) also doesnt reply. I asked them for Anaheim but never got a reply. Maybe they dont check their youtube messages, I dont know.
  12. Well think that is little bit of polarisation. Harsh facts are that > 90% of the members dont care about the forum and have downloaded 1 or 2 boots during their membership and may never come again. Then there are a few dozen members here chatting, none of them who tape. Then we have a few uninformed, simple, users who bitch about recordings.

Too bad that @u2 doesnt respond to your message, have you tried contacting them using the details on their site?
