  1. Wondered if anybody knew the reason why there is footage of the first 3 songs available for so many great gigs but the full show never sees the light of day... Just found the St Paddy's Day Zoo Tv gig in Boston, great stuff but only the first 3 songs- other examples are Roma Zooropa, Lovetown Dublin, Pop Rotterdam and Denver.
  2. Local news etc get access to a few songs to run on newsreels after the gigs.
  3. It happens nowadays too. It's because of what Gerard says: local press are allowed to record (from U2's crew own cameras) partially or fully the first few songs of the concerts in order to show some footage on their newsreels... That footage doesn't leak always, but it sometimes does, and spoils us very hard knowing that a full proshot might exist
  4. Ok, sounds a bit naive but how have some of the great video boots that we know and love appeared in full such as Basel, Washington, Adelaide, Foxboro?

    It pretty much would seem that some leak and some don't.
