  1. here is another "U2 only" mix , just like the crazylemon miks I did some time ago, this time again there was no planning, just playing records and trying to loose myself in the sound, and in some instances that worked quite well, but there are also some others where I try to keep the mix together, and i jerk the vinyls around somewhat ... after all it is vinyls, and no digital "corrections" or makeovers .... so, hey, it's not too bad actually ...
    my toysfornoise account on soundcloud had no more space to upload this long miks, so I created this sidestep to put this up ... its also here as a sort of massive thank you to all those amazing spirits I have met on the road the past three years ! keep smelling the flowers while you can .... for real !!!

    those were some of the moments I was lost in sound myself ... into the moment ...
    silently hoping the magic mix of the two records would "go on a bit and end up ok" ...

I can create the covers, no problem, if no one objects, I have posted some U2 covers created by me here, and I post on my blog the ones I create to the other bands concerts, however, I would need the technical information and the setlist remix. If the toysfornoise or any of you could provide me the details, I promise to trying to create a set of colorful covers as crazy as it seems to me remixes artwork has to be.
    Just PM that i'll put my hands on it.
  9. Sorry, but IMO this mix isn't very good! A little constructive criticism, too many vocals on vocals which is taboo in DJ mixing. For example, the Fly/Elevation, EBTTRT/Magnificent all have vocals over vocals making it very busy. Play your matched measures and fade out before the vocal on the incoming song kicks. I've been mixing on turntables in clubs since 83' so I know what I'm talking about. I applaud your effort though toysfornoise! Keep practicing! I do like your Crazy/ABOY mix, but if you faded out Crazy before the ABOY vocal, it would be smooth as a baby's butt! Mix on bro!
