    No, my class had our first meeting with our SYV which stands for Studie och Yrkesvägledare, roughly translated, Studies and Profession guide.
  4. I'm pretty sure I'll be in natural sciences, but I need to choose school and everything. International Baccalaureate also sounds interesting.

    Intenrational Baccalaureate is when you move somewhere to study, correct?
  7. No, SYV is a person that is there to help us choose.

    International Baccalaureate is an international program that exists all over the world. Studies are done in English. I think you get to be an exchange student though.

    To help us choose for uni or college, we have depute headteachers, guidance teachers and LEAPS.

    (LEAPS is something that can help you with getting into uni, and getting your entry requirements lowered).

  10. It sure is hard to choose. I liked all the subjects I was offered but could only take three outta six.

  12. Well I'll be applying for 3 universities & a college in a couple of months. Have to do a personal statement to 'make myself look good', get LEAPS organised, and alot more stuff. Stressful.
